Visual Designer (Graphic/Brand Designer)

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for Methodic’s brand identity and visual communications. From marketing materials to our website graphics—and even the aesthetic aspects of our product—you will ensure that everything we present to the world is consistent, professional, and engaging. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create visuals that explain our value proposition and resonate with our target audience of fintech innovators.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Methodic’s brand guidelines (logo usage, color palette, typography, etc.) and ensure all internal and external materials adhere to them.
Design marketing and sales collateral such as website banners, social media graphics, presentation decks, infographics, one-pagers, and case study PDFs that effectively communicate the benefits of our platform.
Create visual assets for blog posts, webinars, and other content marketing efforts—e.g., diagrams that illustrate how Methodic works or icons that represent different features.
Assist the product/design team by contributing graphic elements or illustrations for the web application and white-label app templates (ensuring they look clean and modern).
Work with external vendors or printers if needed for physical materials (event booths, swag, printed brochures), making sure specifications are correct and quality is high.
Stay current on design trends, especially in tech/fintech, to keep Methodic’s visuals fresh and appealing; proactively suggest new ideas for visual storytelling.
Manage multiple design requests and projects, prioritizing based on business needs, and iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in graphic design or visual design, preferably with some experience in B2B tech or fintech environments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design best practices (image optimization for web, responsive layouts for various screen sizes).
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and consistency across various types of media (digital ads, print materials, web graphics).
Good understanding of branding principles and experience either creating or working within established brand guidelines.
Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, visually appealing graphics (an important skill for communicating fintech concepts).
Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality; able to self-QA your work.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to take feedback constructively and explain design choices when needed.
