Fees, if applicable, are charged according to your selected plan. Unless otherwise agreed, all payments are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Methodic and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Services in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to us or our users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you operate from the United States, federal and California law will also apply where relevant. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Sydney, Australia.
