As a Backend Software Engineer, you will design and build the core systems that power our platform’s financial operations and compliance features. You'll work with a modern C#/.NET tech stack to develop high-performance, scalable services (our system processes millions of transactions per second!). This role is critical to ensuring our platform remains reliable, secure, and easy to extend for new financial products and markets.

As a Front-End Software Engineer, you will craft the user interface and user experience of Methodic’s web platform and white-label applications. You’ll work with modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS and frameworks like React or Angular) to build intuitive, responsive interfaces that handle complex workflows such as onboarding, trading, and account management. Your work will ensure that our customers and their end-users have a seamless, secure, and engaging experience when interacting with financial products powered by Methodic.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work across the entire stack to implement features end-to-end. One day you might extend our C# backend APIs or tweak the database schema, and the next day build a dynamic front-end component for the web app. This role is ideal for a generalist who enjoys working on all parts of the system and ensuring that everything works together seamlessly for our clients.

As our DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be the backbone that keeps Methodic’s platform running smoothly and efficiently. You'll design and manage the cloud environment hosting our multi-tenant SaaS platform, ensuring we meet our scalability and uptime goals. This role covers everything from CI/CD pipeline automation to monitoring production systems and optimizing performance. You will enable the development team to deploy updates rapidly (we aim for new customers to be able to launch in a day) while maintaining a secure and stable infrastructure.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will focus on the stability and efficiency of our platform in production. You’ll apply software engineering principles to ensure that our systems are robust, automated, and performant. Your mission is to make our infrastructure self-sustaining and resilient, so that our customers can rely on Methodic’s service at all times. This includes maintaining near-zero downtime, fast performance, and rapid recovery in case of any incidents.

As a QA Automation Engineer, your job is to ensure that quality and compliance are never compromised, even as we move quickly to develop new features. You will create and manage automated tests across our web application and APIs, catching issues early and verifying that every release meets our high standards. In the context of financial software, this role is especially critical – your work will help prevent errors that could affect finances or regulatory compliance, thereby protecting both our company and our customers.

As a Security Engineer, you will take charge of protecting Methodic’s platform and data. This includes performing security reviews, implementing safeguards, and ensuring compliance with relevant security standards. Our clients trust us with sensitive financial data and transactions, so security is a non-negotiable priority. You’ll work across the stack to identify vulnerabilities, recommend improvements, and foster a security-first mindset throughout the team.

As a Data Engineer, you'll design and manage the data pipelines and storage solutions that handle our platform's information. This role ensures that everything from transaction records to audit logs is stored efficiently, accurately, and can be retrieved or analyzed when needed. You will also help enable analytics on platform usage and performance, contributing to data-driven decisions both for our clients and internally.

As a Product Manager, you will sit at the intersection of technology, finance, and user experience. You will guide the development of our platform’s features and modules to ensure they meet customer needs and align with Methodic’s mission of enabling rapid, safe launch of financial products. You'll define the product roadmap, coordinate across teams, and make decisions that balance strategic goals with day-to-day execution.

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll shape the look, feel, and usability of Methodic’s platform (and the white-label apps we offer our clients). You will transform complex financial workflows into intuitive and elegant user interfaces. Working closely with product managers and engineers, you'll ensure that our application is not only powerful in functionality but also easy and even enjoyable to use for both our clients (financial businesses) and their end-users.

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for Methodic’s brand identity and visual communications. From marketing materials to our website graphics—and even the aesthetic aspects of our product—you will ensure that everything we present to the world is consistent, professional, and engaging. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create visuals that explain our value proposition and resonate with our target audience of fintech innovators.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary champion for our clients after they've signed on to use Methodic. Your goal is to ensure they achieve the outcomes they expect—launching and operating their financial product smoothly using our platform. You’ll proactively support and guide them, making sure they are leveraging Methodic’s features fully and that any issues are resolved promptly. Simply put, when our clients succeed, we succeed, and you’ll be at the heart of that relationship.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be on the front lines helping users of the Methodic platform. When customers (often the staff of our client companies) run into questions or issues, you'll be the friendly human who helps solve their problems. This role is all about responsiveness, knowledge, and empathy. By providing excellent support, you’ll ensure that our customers can operate their financial products without interruption and with confidence in the Methodic platform.

As an Account Manager, you will nurture and grow the relationships with our client companies after they have been onboarded. Your focus will be on ensuring each client continues to see value from Methodic, addressing their ongoing needs, and ultimately securing renewals and expansions. You will be both an advocate for the client within Methodic and an advocate for Methodic to the client—making sure we deliver on our promises and that the client is aware of all the ways they can leverage our platform.

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in winning new business by being the technical expert and advisor during the sales process. You will work alongside our sales team to demonstrate how Methodic’s platform can meet the specific technical and business requirements of prospective clients. This means you’ll be deeply familiar with our technology and how it integrates into various environments, and you'll use that knowledge to instill confidence in our prospects that Methodic is the right choice.

As the Sales Manager (Head of Sales) at Methodic, you will lead our efforts to acquire new customers and grow revenue. In our early-stage environment, this means crafting the sales strategy, executing on it, and eventually building a team as we scale. Our product has a self-service element (clients can sign up online for standard plans), so you will particularly focus on engaging those customers who need custom solutions, volume pricing, or a bit more hand-holding to close. You’ll be instrumental in expanding Methodic’s reach, whether with startups launching financial products or established companies looking to modernize their systems.

As the Partnerships Manager, you will focus on building and managing relationships with external partners that enhance Methodic’s platform and go-to-market. These partners might include banks, brokerage firms, payment processors, identity verification (KYC) providers, and other fintech service companies that our platform or our clients can benefit from. By creating a strong ecosystem around Methodic, you’ll help us deliver more value to clients out-of-the-box and also tap into new customer networks via partner channels.

As the Marketing Manager, you will own the challenge of increasing Methodic’s visibility in the market and driving customer acquisition through creative, strategic marketing initiatives. You will communicate how Methodic solves the pain points of building financial products by highlighting our key values: reduced cost, faster time-to-market, ensured compliance, and overall product excellence. This role involves both high-level strategy and hands-on execution across multiple marketing channels.

As a Fintech Business Analyst, you will help ensure that Methodic’s platform aligns with real-world financial business requirements and regulatory demands. You’ll work with clients and internal teams to gather detailed requirements, map out financial workflows, and translate them into specifications for our product. By analyzing both the business processes and the rules that govern them, you will play a key role in shaping features that make our platform comprehensive and compliant for a variety of financial products and services.

As a Data Analyst, you will turn data into insights that guide decision-making both within Methodic and for our clients. Our platform generates a wealth of data – transaction volumes, user behavior patterns, system performance metrics, etc. – and our business has its own operational data. You’ll be responsible for analyzing these and helping the team understand trends, measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement or growth. Your work will ensure we remain a data-driven organization, continually tuning our efforts based on what the numbers tell us.

As the Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will ensure that both Methodic’s operations and its software platform meet the necessary legal and regulatory requirements in the financial industry. You will be our in-house expert on compliance matters, from anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to data protection laws. By keeping Methodic and its clients within the bounds of the law, you’ll safeguard the company’s integrity and help maintain the trust that is essential for a fintech offering.

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee Methodic’s financial health and strategic financial planning. In addition to typical CFO duties, at Methodic you will also lend your financial expertise to help shape our product offerings and pricing, ensuring that we maintain a business model that is both competitive for our customers and sustainable for us. You will be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to high-level decisions and ensuring we have the resources needed to achieve our mission.
